Parking pass for POD containers

You must obtain a parking pass through the City & County of Honolulu - Department of Transportation in order to park a moving pod, container or dumpster in front of your home. You do not need a permit from the association as all the public roads belong to the City & County.

To obtain a parking pass, you must go in-person to the City & County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services located at 650 S. King St., 2nd Floor Honolulu, HI 96813. They can also be reached by phone at (808)768-8305 for additional information.
